If you sign up on our homepage to "Stay in the loop," we collect the email address you provide. If you submit the Community feedback form, we collect the name, email, and message you enter there. If you create a Mindcrossed account, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and password (your password is never visible to us — it's securely hashed by our authentication provider, Supabase, and we cannot read it). That's the extent of what we collect — we don't gather anything else about you automatically, and we don't track your location or browsing activity.
Your email is used only to send you updates about Mindcrossed — new products, tools, and announcements. Feedback form submissions are read by the founder and used to help shape what we build. Account information (name, email) is used to identify you when you log in and to personalize your experience on the site — for example, greeting you by name. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
Waitlist and Community form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this website. Account data (name, email, and securely hashed password) is stored with Supabase, our authentication and database provider, which maintains its own security and compliance standards. We don't run separate servers to store this data — it lives in our Netlify and Supabase accounts, accessible only to us.
You can ask us to remove your email from our list at any time by emailing getmindcrossed@gmail.com. We'll remove it promptly.
If you have a Mindcrossed account, you can request that we delete your account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing the same address. We'll confirm your identity and complete the deletion within a reasonable time. You can also request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate information, using the same contact.
If this policy changes as Mindcrossed grows, we'll update this page and adjust the "last updated" date above.
